Tutorials for the Virtual Classroom

Space Foundation partners with Lt. Governor Dianne Primavera to offer 10 free instructional webisodes to Colorado educators this summer. This content will provide e-learning tools for educators; resources that can be used in virtual instruction for all ages; and, hands-on, immersive and cross-curricular lesson plans. These instructional webisodes assist educators to provide curriculum which puts students in real-world scenarios where they can see the connection to real-world jobs. This promotes lifelong learning and interest in STEAM careers (science, technology, engineering, art and mathematics). It also helps grow a community’s organic workforce and strengthen economic development.

Aerospace will continue to play an important role in Colorado’s economy as we work together to bounce back stronger than before the COVID-19 pandemic. This curriculum will help Colorado’s educators inspire excitement in the next generation of young students in STEAM and encourage them to look to the stars as they pursue educational studies and future careers in aerospace,” said Lt. Governor Dianne Primavera. “These webisodes are especially helpful for teachers and educators preparing to engage students in virtual classrooms.”
