One of Mary Partin’s earliest memories is watching a broadcast of Apollo 11 with her dad. She met and married her sweetheart, Tim, at a young age. They proceeded to have a large family, and many adventures. Mary has home-schooled most of her children until college. Mary taught preschool, and held many science and art classes for large mixed age groups. Mary began volunteering for the Space Foundation in 2017. She loves sharing the wonder of the universe with visitors to the Discovery Center. Mary also enjoys volunteer work with a dog rescue and exploring our beautiful mountains.
