SEPTEMBER 2nd ONLY- $5 Home Study Program Fee is Waived. General Admission fees still apply; Ages 2-4 $2.00, Ages 5-17 $5.00 & Adults $10.00 , Passport Members -Free

Event Details:

Join the Space Foundation Discovery Center as we show how we will be assisting parents and families to educate their PreK-12 students in Science Standards in more fun, hands-on ways than ever before!

  • Science On a Sphere® - Hourly on the :05
    • Presentations talking about Earth & Space Sciences, Life Sciences and Physical Sciences through the lens of Space.
    • 11:05 a.m. and 2:05 p.m.
  • Lab Experience - Mars Rover sessions to show how we will use Mars and the Perseverance mission to teach standards.
    • Open all day
  • Lockheed Martin Space Education Center - LIVE standards based lessons
    • Elementary/ MS & HS  10:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.
    • Elementary/ MS & HS    1:30 p.m.- 2:30 p.m.
  • El Pomar Space Gallery - Scavenger hunts highlighting several artifacts to show how they can be linked to science standards.
  • Area 52 - Self directed hands on activities and lessons
    • Open all day

Please note, some activities are first come-first served, due to limited capacity. Activities subject to change.
