Jennie Anderson implements and facilitates a range of the Space Foundation’s formal space-inspired STEM educational and teacher programs, in particular leading the International Teacher Liaison Program. She loves working with Space Foundation’s Teacher Liaisons, who serve as an active link between Space Foundation, their schools, and their communities.
Before working at Space Foundation, Jennie spent 10 years building and implementing space-based STEAM programs at both the elementary and middle school levels. In her classrooms in Colorado Springs and Washington, D.C., she brought science and math to life through basic rocketry and various astronaut themed projects. Jennie holds a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and Human Communications from the University of Northern Colorado. She has enjoyed being a part of the Space Foundation Teacher Liaison community since 2015.
